1. OUR SERVICES

Kundan EduHub provides:

  • Digital eBooks (PDF and online reading) for competitive and teaching exams.
  • Online mock tests and test series with results, solutions and performance analysis.
  • Free study resources such as free tests, free PDFs and video links.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT

  • You must give correct and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Any activity from your account is your responsibility.
  • One account is for one person only. Sharing your account or login details with others is not allowed.
  • If you are under 18, you must use the Website with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets).
  • Access to a purchased product is given only after the payment is successfully confirmed.
  • We may change prices, offers or coupons at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already completed.
  • Coupons and offers cannot be combined unless clearly mentioned, and may have an expiry date or usage limit.

4. ACCESS & VALIDITY

  • Purchased eBooks are available in "My eBooks" in your account and/or sent to your registered email.
  • Purchased mock tests are available in "My Test Series" for the validity period mentioned on the product page. If no validity is mentioned, access remains as long as the product is offered on the Website.
  • We may update, improve or correct content (for example, fixing errors or adding new questions) to keep it accurate and useful.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT USE

  • All content on the Website — including eBooks, PDFs, questions, explanations, test series, notes, videos, designs, logos and the names "Kundan EduHub" and "EDU HUB" — is the property of Kundan / Kundan EduHub and is protected under Indian copyright and other laws.
  • Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the content for your own study only.
  • You must NOT:
    • Copy, share, forward, upload, sell, resell or distribute any eBook, PDF, question or test, in full or in part, on Telegram, WhatsApp, social media, websites or any other platform.
    • Remove or hide any watermark, name or copyright notice.
    • Take screenshots or record tests to share them publicly.
    • Use the content for coaching, teaching or any commercial purpose without our written permission.
  • Purchased PDFs may carry your name/email as a watermark to prevent piracy.
  • If we find that you have shared or leaked our content, we may block your account immediately without refund and take legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

6. MOCK TEST RULES

  • Each test must be attempted only by the account holder.
  • Using unfair means, bots, scripts or multiple accounts to manipulate scores or ranks is not allowed and may lead to account suspension.
  • Ranks and scores are for practice and self-assessment only. They do not guarantee results in any real examination.

7. ACCURACY OF CONTENT

We work hard to keep all content correct and up to date. However, exam patterns, syllabus and official answer keys can change, and small errors may occur. If you find any mistake, please report it to eduhub776@gmail.com and we will correct it. Kundan EduHub is not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on the content.

8. NO GUARANTEE OF SELECTION

Our eBooks and tests are study aids. We do not guarantee that you will pass, qualify or be selected in any examination.

9. REFUNDS

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on the Website.

10. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

We may suspend or close your account, without refund, if you break these Terms, share or pirate our content, misuse the Website, or do anything unlawful.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

The Website may link to or use third-party services such as Razorpay, YouTube, Telegram, Instagram and Facebook. Your use of these services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kundan EduHub's total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Website means you accept the updated Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aurangabad, Bihar, India.
