Shipping & Delivery Policy

Kundan EduHub (https://kundaneduhub.com), owned and operated by Kundan, sells only digital products. No physical product is shipped, and no shipping or delivery charges are applied.
1. HOW PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED
- eBooks / PDFs: After successful payment, the eBook becomes available instantly in "My eBooks" in your account. A download link is also sent to your registered email address.
- Mock Tests / Test Series: After successful payment, the test series becomes available instantly in "My Test Series" in your account.
2. DELIVERY TIME
- Delivery is usually instant (within a few minutes) after the payment is confirmed.
- In rare cases, such as a delay in payment confirmation from the bank or payment gateway, access may take up to 24 hours.
3. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE ACCESS
- First, log in to your account and check "My eBooks" or "My Test Series".
- Check the Spam/Promotions folder of your email for the download link.
- If you still do not have access within 24 hours of payment, email us at eduhub776@gmail.com with your registered email, mobile number and Order ID / Razorpay Payment ID. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
4. CORRECT DETAILS
Please make sure your email address and mobile number are entered correctly at checkout. Kundan EduHub is not responsible for delays caused by wrong contact details given by the buyer.
